So what if I told you that you could have some delicious protein packed carrot cake for breakfast? YUP! This carrot cake overnight oats recipe is perfect for those on the go mornings. Perfect for this time of the morning because with the darker days it’s easier to lay in bed and rush around so these are great because you can make them up the night before and grab them on your way out the work, enjoy them at your desk or even ahem when your in the traffic jams! Lets Get To It

Ingredients

40g Oats
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
150ml Almond Milk
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 small Carrot
Optional Chopped Pecans and Raisins for topping

Instructions

1. Add all of your ingredients together in a large bowl. Make sure everything is fully mixed together.
2. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container or jar. Leave in the fridge for atleast 4 hours but preferably overnight.
3. Remove from the fridge, add your desired toppings and enjoy.
