In the mood for something sweet but don’t want to cook or bake anything? Yeah, makes sense. I feel like this ALL the time. So I created these delicious no – bake raspberry coconut snack balls. They taste like sweet summertime and are made up of clean healthy ingredients without the refined sugar and preservatives and nasties you find in store bought snack balls. Good for your waistline while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. They are low GI, have added protein to make them filling, along with the many other benefits of protein and they super fast and easy to make with very little mess. If you want to satisfy your sweet cravings, you can whip up a batch quickly.

Lets Get To It

Ingredients

50g Oats
10g Coconut Oil
1/2 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder
75g Raspberries
30g Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

1. Smush your raspberries up in a bowl then add them into your blender with all the other ingredients.
2. The mixture will be thick and sticky, pull out chunks, roll into balls and roll around in the coconut.
3. Place on a plate in the freezer. After 30 mins they will be fine to eat.
