This can be made warm or cold, but research suggests that colder drinks are absorbed quicker meaning you’ll feel the benefits of them much faster. Matcha is a green tea which has a load of benefits, including balancing your blood sugar, assisting detoxification, it’s an antioxidant powerhouse, boost your metabolism and is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins. Theres no crash which you may experience from coffee as it releases its caffeine slowly into the blood stream. Its the equivalent of 10 normal cups of green tea. You can make this warm by not including the ice and heating up your blended drink.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Matcha Tea
8 Ice Cubes
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Stevia

Instructions

1. Add all your ingredients apart from the ice into a blender or nutri-bullet and blend it up! Serve it over the ice and Wallah!
