Matcha contains a small dose of caffiene which will help you to push through the longest of days and the avocado contains healthy fats, therefore you won’t play havoc on your blood sugar levels keeping you focused. You’ll also get a decent amount of antioxidants and protein from this smoothie bowl, both essential for good health.

Ingredients

200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Small Avocado (frozen)
1 tsp Matcha Powder
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

STEP 1 Add all your ingredients to your bullet or blender, blitz until smooth and serve. (I added a tiny amount of spirulina in to get the funky swirly pattern). You can also substitite the almond milk with another alternative if you prefer something else (the nutrition info at the bottom will change though)
